 MOST IMPORTANT POLITICAL BATTLE IN AMERICAN HISTORY
By Jim Butler, President, SCRA June 2012 GunNews The November 6, Election Day 2012, is the most dangerous election of our lifetime. If Obama wins a second term he'll break the back of the Second Amendment. If we don't stop him and his socialist agenda, we will go to our graves mourning the freedoms we've lost. This election is the most important political battle in American history and is a fight for the very heart and soul of America. It will determine whether America is more free or less free. Gun owners must preserve those freedoms and rights that our founding Fathers risked their lives and fortunes to hand down to us! If Barack Hussein Obama wins he will reshape the United States Supreme Court with the appointment of as many as three new justices. And the first time a Second Amendment issue comes before that radicalized Obama court, your right to own a firearm will be gone forever! Barrack Hussein Obama will expand his gun registration scheme already in place in four border states, to include registration of any gun purchase, anywhere in America. If he wins, Obama will sign any global gun control treaty that the United Nations enacts and, furthermore, he'll implement large portions of this treaty by Executive Order without a single vote from Congress. If he wins, Barack Hussein Obama will launch an unprecedented regulatory war on our rights - - - to shut down our hunting lands and shooting ranges, abolish Right-to-Carry, limit the firearm models you're allowed to buy, close our gun stores, and ban our hunting ammunition. All of this will be done without approval of Congress or the American people. Every American gun owner should be aware that Obama's new budget allows him to continue his administration's disgraceful "Fast and Furious" operation - - - an illegal pipeline of guns to Mexican drug cartels - - - that has resulted in hundreds of deaths. Barack Hussein Obama's economic policies are socialist, deficit - exploding and job-killing. He is committed to "comprehensive immigration reform" and he is already rolling out "administrative measures" that grant de-facto amnesty to millions of illegal aliens - - - without consulting Congress or the American people. Starting to sound familiar? In nearly four years, Barack Hussein Obama has effectively Nationalized the following: Health care; General Motors and Chrysler; the Student loan program; and much of our banking system. And the Barack Hussein Obama administration is continuing to allow taxpayer funding of renamed ACORN "affiliates" in apparent violation of federal funding bans aimed at the corrupt and criminal ACORN organization. And if that isn't bad enough, this administration is completely secretive and utterly contemptuous of the people's right to know. Not only are their policies dreadful, but they're committed to enacting them behind closed doors. I firmly believe the Obama administration's Chicago-style corruption and compulsive secrecy undermines the rule of law - which is the basis of our great republic.
